Anand Tiwari

As Vice President of Product Management, Anand leads the Product Management Growth Office at ZeOmega. He brings over 26 years of experience in IT products and services, with deep expertise in healthcare technology. In his 14 years at ZeOmega he has contributed to its growth as a leading payer care management company. Anand joined ZeOmega with a strategic goal to lead the transformation from an engineering-driven organization to a product-focused company.

He introduced strong product management practices, drove a major UI/UX transition, restructured the Product Management Group, and mentored product analysts into product managers. He has served as a bridge between engineering and business-facing teams, ensuring successful adoption of multiple product management practices. After incubating ZeOmega’s subsidiary, Eldricare, from IIM Bangalore, Anand returned to ZeOmega to lead the second phase of product management transformation.

In his current role, he focuses on enabling business-facing teams to accelerate growth, supported by the capabilities of the various product management functions. In addition, Anand is an active mentor for start-ups at IIM Bangalore NSRCEL Incubation and a member of the Product Leaders Forum, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs in shaping their ventures and product strategies. Anand earned his Master of Business Administration in Systems and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Allahabad.
