Britto Arul is a seasoned Technology Officer with over 25 years of experience driving enterprise technology strategy and large-scale digital transformation in healthcare. He is a principal architect of enterprise, bi-directional data exchange platforms, including the Jiva Integration Service and the HealthUnity Platform, leading initiatives that enable real-time interoperability across payer, provider, and partner ecosystems.

He is a recognized leader in healthcare interoperability standards, including X12, HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and CMS-0057 Prior Authorization APIs, translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into scalable, secure platforms that improve efficiency, support clinical workflows, and ensure compliance.

With a forward-looking perspective on healthcare interoperability, Britto actively shapes platform strategies focused on API-first architectures, trust and security frameworks, and ecosystem enablement. His work has driven successful partnerships and measurable outcomes for health plans, providers, and healthcare technology organizations. Prior to joining ZeOmega, Britto held senior technology leadership roles at Lumeris, Infotech Global, and LoginClinic, where he delivered enterprise integration and modernization initiatives at scale.
