He has led the organization's enterprise-wide Analytics and Business Intelligence strategy; he has aligned data initiatives with overarching corporate goals to drive revenue and operational efficiency. Overseeing the governance, architecture, and modernization of the company’s data infrastructure to support scalable analytics capabilities.

He has also managed the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions for key clients, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing support. He has an MBA in Analytics & Data Science and is a key contributor to the company's most successful Care Management solution – Jiva.
